|Recommended: YesFair value for a good apartment — While it may be a bit pricey for some, it is very fair value when you consider both location and amenities. Living anywhere in the Galleria will be expensive, but if you spend a lot of time here for work, it's worth it. Anything you need is a quick drive or even a walk away. The apartment is modern and clean, as is the rest of the property. All staff are kind and friendly, and they all take the time to know you and help you in any way. The pool and spa also are pluses. All in all, I recommend it.

|Recommended: YesFirst of all, I lived at Galleria Oaks for eight years.
The location is unbeatable. The community is well kept, always clean, including fountains, pool and greenery.
Never had a problem with roaches, ants, etc.
Maintenance request are solved immediately and office staff is friendly, efficient and always fun. Here I was not a number, people knew me and I knew them by name.
The only drawback was a noise situation in the patio area were I lived, which is not the management fault but still it was annoying after a long day working.
A great location.
Well maintained.

|Recommended: YesI love it here so mUch. But I do wish we had sound proof for Playing your Instraments as well. — It's a great place. and we have beautiful seating on the Patio. And Awesome Neighbors that help one another.

Everyone in the office is so helpful and they really make you feel at home The landscaping is also very beautiful It seems like you're in an exotic resort and not in the heart of the Galleria I'm definitely staying here for a long time
