Parking Rules Regulations 1.Do NOT at any time park a vehicle in the garage that DOES NOT display a current sticker. Any voided parking permit found in garage, vehicle will be towed at owner's expense. 2.Each resident is responsible for the proper display of the parking sticker in the lower left corner of the windshield just above the inspection/registration stickers (please see example). Failure to do so will result in the vehicle being towed at owner's expense. 3. Any vehicle NOT parked within one parking space will be towed at owner's expense. 4. If at any time you switch vehicles or are using another vehicle which does NOT display the current parking sticker, it is the resident's responsibility to come to the office to be issued a temporary tag. Failure to do so will result in the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense. 5. Garage parking is for residents only. Any unauthorized vehicle will be towed at owner's expense. 6. Do NOT park in front of the office during business hours. These parking spaces are reserved for future resident parking. Office hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm * Saturday 10am-5pm * Sunday 1pm-5pm 7. Do NOT park in front of the dumpsters. If at any point your vehicle prohibits the service of these containers, your car will be towed at the owners expense. 8. Do NOT park on the sidewalk next to the dumpster. This is city owned and vehicles will be ticketed and towed. 9. Do NOT block the pass through access adjacent to the guest parking in front on the west side of the property. A portion of this access is city owned sidewalks. Vehicles parked in this area will be towed. 10. Any resident or guest of a resident seen tampering/abusing with the walk through/access gates will automatically be fined $350.00. 11. Any duplication of this permit will result in immediate Eviction.
